Margie James, the visionary owner of Rebel Services, is both a dedicated entrepreneur and a loving mother of four. With three of her children currently contributing to the company and the youngest still in high school, Margie has successfully combined her passion for family and business. Recognizing a significant need in the aviation fueling industry, she took the bold step of founding Rebel Services, driving the company to the forefront of innovation and success. Her leadership and insight have been instrumental in shaping the company into what it is today, setting a standard of excellence and service that continues to inspire her team.
Tommy has been an integral part of Rebel Services since its inception, serving as the leader of the sales and service teams. Known for his encyclopedic knowledge of aviation, Tommy is a cornerstone of the company’s success. His charismatic personality and signature catchphrase, “Hello, this is Tommy,” when answering the phone, have made him a memorable and entertaining figure within the company. Whether sharing amusing anecdotes or imparting valuable knowledge, Tommy ensures that every interaction leaves you both informed and delighted.
Sarah joined Rebel Services in August of 2017 and has since become an indispensable part of the team. If you've ever called the office seeking a quote, chances are you've been assisted by Sarah. As the only daughter among the James children and the only one without red hair, Sarah stands out in more ways than one. Known for her fiery spirit, she matches the passion and dedication of the rest of the James family. Her contributions have been vital to the company’s success, and she continues to be a tremendous asset. Sarah is also the mother of three boys, who are being raised around the business and are sure to contribute to the company in the future!
Cody is a key figure at Rebel Services, bringing offshore experience along with excellent supervisory skills and welding talent to his team of fabricators and technicians. His journey in aviation began at the young age of 6, providing him with a lifetime of knowledge and a fresh perspective that benefits the entire crew. Beyond his professional contributions, Cody is a devoted father of three, including twins, who often visit the office to share in the company’s vibrant atmosphere. Accompanied by his wife, an exceptional cook, the family frequently delights the team with delicious homemade goodies. Cody’s dedication to both his family and his work exemplifies the spirit of Rebel Services.
Dalton has been with the company officially since March of 2014, but he has been around Rebel Services his entire life. As a great asset to our service team, Dalton brings both experience and enthusiasm to his role. He is the proud father of one daughter, a mini version of himself in both looks and personality—much to the amusement of his sweet wife! Known for keeping the shop lively, Dalton is the go-to source for music, ensuring the crew always has the perfect tunes to accompany their work. His infectious energy and dedication make him an indispensable member of the Rebel Services family.
Trace (not pictured) is currently a junior associate at Rebel Services. Although his official contributions are on hold until he graduates, Trace already brings a lively spirit and fresh energy to the team. Trace’s entertaining stories and keen sense of humor keeps both his parents and siblings on their toes during his visits to the office. The Rebel Services family eagerly anticipates the day Trace fully joins the ranks, if he chooses to do so, confident that his future contributions will be invaluable.
Monica, affectionately known as "The Bulldog," is renowned for her tenacity and dedication at Rebel Services. A major asset to the crew since May 2017, Monica is the go-to person for getting things done. Her colleagues and supervisors alike depend on her unwavering commitment and problem-solving skills. With an unyielding focus and determination, Monica continues to elevate the team and contribute significantly to the company's success.
Royce, a valued member of the Rebel Services team since November 2014, plays a crucial role in managing shipping, receiving, and scheduling. Known for his culinary skills, Royce has earned the title of the office's unofficial yet official cook. His signature bread is a favorite among colleagues, making lunch a highly anticipated event whenever he's in the kitchen. Mitch, the head of safety at Rebel Services, is a proud father of three sons and one daughter, mirroring the family dynamic of Margie and Tommy. Not only does he ensure the highest safety standards, but he also excels as an occasional handyman and landscaping maintenance expert. Jeff, who joined Rebel Services in January 2025, has quickly become an indispensable member of the team. Kaylee joined Rebel Services in June 2024, bringing her expertise to the public relations department. A dedicated mother, Kaylee's daughter was born just one day apart from Cody's youngest child in December 2024, continuing the amusing trend of daughters resembling their fathers—Kaylee's daughter looks just like her husband, who happens to be one of Dalton's best friends. Professionally, Kaylee excels in content creation for marketing, ensuring that Rebel Services' message is both impactful and engaging.
