We have started 2017 off with many new projects, customers, and ideas for the upcoming year! Each month, we want to make sure customers are kept up-to-date with what is going on at Rebel Services and are informed on any new deals.
We recently finished a very large project at Arkadelphia Airport in Arkansas that included: Painting of the Avgas tank, installing new Avgas pumping skid with Self-Serve, installing new 12,000 Jet tank and pumping skid. This project was awesome for us and allowed us to gain better experience with new tank installs and old tank remodels.
We have also been working on a new preventive maintenance plan that will help customers in many different ways. This plan will highlight yearly maintenance, which includes, filter changes, meter calibrations, and tank inspections. Our technicians can now get all these items completed in one trip and also inspect for any further repairs. We are working on a new scheduling and work order system that will be more beneficial for customers, as well as our technicians. Our goal this year is to focus on service and offer customers a very quick turnaround time on ordering work and work being performed.
Meter calibrations have also become a very large part of our business, and we plan to expand to many more states. Recently, we became certified in Louisiana, and we plan to become certified in Texas and Florida.
We released our first newsletter of 2017 in January and are planning to have one every month. This newsletter will allow us to feature deals, programs, and highlights of what is going on at Rebel Services. It will give customers an easy overview of the company, and they can contact us with a click of a button! You can sign up for the newsletter on our website.
Brooke, our sales representative, has attended the SC Conference for 2017, which was a blast! She plans to attend many more this year, which include TN and NC within the next month.
As excited as we are about this year and what it holds, we are more excited about expanding our services to other areas and gaining new customers. We are also excited about servicing our long-time customers and making sure their fuel farms are kept as up-to-date as possible!
